GRILLED VEGGIES AND QUINOA
 
Ingredients
  • 2 sweet peppers, cut into strips
  • 4 -5 new potatoes
  • 8 oz. button mushrooms
  • 1 cup pearl onions
  • (or any other blend of your favorite vegetables)
  • quinoa
Instructions
  1. Simply drizzle or brush oil on your vegetables and cook! Serve warm over quinoa.
