BLUEBERRY PANCAKES
 
Ingredients
  • 4 eggs
  • ⅓ cup Orange Juice
  • 1 ¼ cup Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 2 Cups of Bob’s Gluten Free Flour Blend
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pint fresh blueberries
  • sea salt
Instructions
  1. Heat a griddle to medium high. (You can also use your favorite skillet). Melt 1 tsp coconut oil to prevent sticking.
  2. Scoop ¼ cup pancake mix onto griddle per pancake, cooking until lightly browned on one side and mix sets. Gently flip and cook until golden. Serve warm with maple syrup or honey and fresh blueberries.
