ALMOND D BALLS
Ingredients
- 1 cup raw almonds
- ½ cup pitted dates
- 1 Tbsp water
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- ½ tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp sea salt
Instructions
- In a food processor, using the S blade, process almonds until they are pretty small. Set ½ aside in a small bowl. Add dates to the processor and process until you have a fine meal like mix. Add rest of ingredients. You’ll want the mixture to be sticking together. Scrape bowl with spatula to be sure all ingredients are processed.
- Using your hands, form 1” balls then roll in remaining almond pieces. Store in fridge in tightly covered container for a week.
