I could write a paper on them, so to summarize, scientific evidence suggest that live bacteria (probiotics) can treat and even prevent illnesses related to your digestion. When your digestion is good, most everything else is good too. Yay, probiotics!
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ½ cup water
- 1 ½ cups blueberries, frozen
- ½ cup of quick oats, certified gluten free
- 2 tbsp hemp protein -I used North Coast Naturals berry flavoured- optional
- Blend all ingredients together until smooth. Add more water if needed
