GRILLED VEGGIES AND QUINOA
Ingredients
- 2 sweet peppers, cut into strips
- 4 -5 new potatoes
- 8 oz. button mushrooms
- 1 cup pearl onions
- (or any other blend of your favorite vegetables)
- quinoa
Instructions
- Simply drizzle or brush oil on your vegetables and cook! Serve warm over quinoa.
